We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven candidate to gain a formal qualification within the telecommunication field for a Local manufacturing company.

The Apprentice Technician will be exposed to maintenance on radio towers and infrastructure, trouble shooting of radio communications & system upgrades.

Candidates will have a willingness to work within the maintenance team both in Shepparton and out in the field. Travel with the team will be required throughout the Apprenticeship however weekend work is not required.

We are looking for a motivated, committed, and reliable person who is wanting to gain practical on the job experience, whilst receiving extensive training in this field.

Training for this position is generally delivered over 3 years within the 4 year contract and may be required to travel for training blocks.

A long-term position exists following the apprenticeship for the right applicant.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a Cert III Electronics and Communications certificate (4 year apprenticeship).

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently and part of a team
• Passionate about Electronic technology and communication systems
• Flexibility to travel with team if required.

• Base level technology troubleshooting and Problem-solving skills
