A position exists for a self-motivated candidate passionate about the civil construction industry.

We are looking for someone to join a large civil construction business based in Shepparton, working locally and in the surrounding regions.

The role will require applicants to undertake a Certificate III in Civil Construction. Completion of the units in this qualification along with the tickets to operate machinery is a must to secure an ongoing position with the company.

Applicants must be honest, reliable, hardworking and genuinely passionate about the industry. Applicants must be willing to travel to regional areas surrounding Shepparton and work within a dedicated team.

Consideration to both junior and mature age candidates will be given.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a Cert III in Civil Construction.

Qualities needed:

• Willing to travel with team to surrounding regional worksites.
• Keen and eager to learn all aspects of the industry.
• Physically fit and enjoy practical outdoor work.
• Honest, reliable, and responsible
• Self-motivated with the ability to use initiative and work well in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driver’s License
• CI Card (Construction Industry – white card training)
• Exposure to operating machinery would be an advantage.
