A position exists for an Apprentice to join a local agricultural mechanical business just outside of Numurkah which primarily focuses on the maintenance of crop farming equipment.

Applicants must be reliable, hard working, possess a mechanical apptitude and have a reasonable understanding of the agricultural sector.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a Certificate III in Agricultural Mechanical Technology.

Qualities needed:

• Good mechanical aptitude
• Genuine interest in Agricultural Mechanics & Agriculture
• Ability to work as part of a small team
• Positive attitude
• Strong work ethic and time keeping skills
• Demonstrate initiative and follow instructions
• Previous work placement or exposure to the mechanical and/or agricultural industry

Qualification/Skills required:

• Current drivers licence and own transport
• Certificate II in Automotive or Agriculture (preferred but not essential)
